Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering mistakes.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

This helps us assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Made-to-Order Items

All products are printed on demand specifically for each order, which means we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Resolution

Each case is reviewed individually. Where an issue is verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund, depending on the circumstances.
